This document is not final yet.
Legacy Echo is in early access and this policy has not been through legal review. Rather than publish boilerplate that looks authoritative and is not, we are saying so plainly. In the meantime, the Security & privacy page describes exactly how your data is handled today, including the protections we do not yet offer.
What is already true, and will not change: your legacy is private until you share it, you can export everything at any time, and you can delete everything permanently.
